We want to help you to relax, reduce your pain and build your strength so that you can enjoy a healthier and more active lifestyle. We combine massage techniques, manual therapy and gentle movement to create a program designed to fit your individual needs and promote your well-being.
If you’re seeking relaxation, recovery from an injury, or reduction of pain, we can help. Our techniques include Swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release and assisted stretching.
For athletes, we provide re-event and post event bodywork to prevent injuries, improve performance and assist in recovery. We are very experienced working with individuals who place a high degree of physical demand on their body, such as long distance runners and cyclists.
As certified personal trainers, we provide assistance in selecting the optimal exercises for you and coaching in the correct form and posture to gain maximum results while avoiding potential injury.

Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) certification provides the knowledge and skills needed to help our clients resume their healthy, active lifestyles. Our experience allows us to assess and address causes of pain, restricted movement and dysfunction. Using clinically proven techniques, we help our clients to resolve their physical challenges, reduce their pain and increase their activity level.
The neck, shoulders and low back are frequently painful due to injury or overwork. Prolonged use of computers, smart phones and tablets can create postural habits that impact the neck, shoulders and upper back, creating tight, painful muscles that restrict normal activities. Improper lifting of heavy objects can place excessive strain on the low back, causing pain and stiffness.
The knees, ankles and Achilles’ tendons of long distance runners are often stresses and overworked, causing pain and dysfunction. Sports like golf and tennis may inflame the tendons of the hand, wrist or elbow. These are just some examples of injuries that we are very experienced in resolving through manual therapy.
Conditions that cause pain or limited function due to soft tissue injury can benefit from the services of a skilled manual therapist. If you are experiencing discomfort, stiffness, pain, muscle weakness or limited range of movement, contact us for an initial consultation and assessment.T
